#FightBurns will be a Saturday class takeover, and will comprise of three mini-workouts. We wanted these workouts to be scalable for anyone walking in off the street to your most battle-hardened competitive athlete.
-100 burpees for time (10 minute cap)
Short rest break
-21-15-9 thrurster/toes-2-bar (10 minute cap)

-Beer Helen or Helen
The beer part of Helen is entirely optional, but we wanted this to have a fun, irreverent vibe to it, so costumes and tomfoolery is encouraged.
