Who We Are

At Arkaios CrossFit we train all types of athletes; whether you have experience or not. We welcome everyone that wants to better themselves physically, mentally and healthy, ultimately to train people to their best potential and to be better than yesterday. Everyday our athletes break down barriers and set new standards for themselves. Our primary focus will be to use our programming to make and keep you healthy without putting you at risk for injury. Together we sweat, we cry, we expose weaknesses and we get stronger together. The community aspect of ACF is our greatest strength. We call ourselves #unitythroughcommunity. In CrossFit, there are no egos and no room for bad attitudes. We are supportive, we are competitive, we are strong, we are humble, we are athletes…we are CrossFit!

Arkaios CrossFit is not your average CrossFit gym in Oahu, Hawaii. We are located in the city of Waipahu, a 5-mile radius to 5 different towns in the area. We offer an 8,000-sqft box that’s sectioned off into 3 different areas of workout space. Our main floor for is Group CrossFit, second room is our next biggest floor that is assigned for a program we call CrossHiit. Lastly, we have our strength room that is utilized for open gym, barbell club and power lifting. We have a few office space, a break room for coaches/staff and waiting room for the kids to play in while the parents are training. We also provide a one and a half bath for those that may want to shower. A front desk area to answer any questions for a membership or to purchase any of the items we offer. We are excited and eager to share the CrossFit experience with family, friends and our community.

What We Do

CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting and running) executed at a high level of intensity – scaled for any fitness level. Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity cardio. All of our workouts are made up of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport.

How We’re Different

ACF is led by an amazing coaching staff of 10 – 12 leaders who are the face of what we stand by. Our coaches will welcome you with lots of encouragement and knowledge to help you to have a great and safe experience. Examples of each workout are shown in front of the class before performing the movement on your own. Our coaching staff is trained to help and correct your form during the entire class.

Here at Arkaios, we also offer a few different programs other than just CrossFit/CrossHiit. We have an awesome weight-loss program called the “6 Week Challenge.” Its primary focus is to monitor your diet and the food you intake that goes accordingly to your body type. Also maintaining your progress every week with a whole lot of accountability. We offer Barbell Club and Olympic weightlifting classes to help those that want more time with specific movements and strength. Not to mention, we also have a personal trainer that is a certified nutritionist who can help those that want one on one training.

All workouts are an hour long or slightly less and guaranteed to make us work hard. We strive to create a friendly and fun atmosphere that welcomes athletes from all walks of life. Our team is here to motivate and support you as you transform yourself mentally and physically.
